TICKET BUREAU, S.L. (hereinafter TICKET BUREAU), with its head offices in Barcelona, Rambla de Catalunya, n 89, entresuelo 1ª , informs the users of the website it owns, www.ticketbureau.info, about its Policy for the Protection of Data of a Personal Nature.

TICKET BUREAU reserves the right to modify this policy, informing its users beforehand of changes made to it by means of this announcement.

For the purposes of the stipulations of current legislation regarding the protection of data of a personal nature, we inform you that any personal data you provide to us while using our website will be included in a treatment of data for which TICKET BUREAU, S.L. is responsible for the sole purpose of being able to handle your request, and also to send you technical, operative and commercial information, by any means, including e-mail and/or equivalent media, about products, services and news that we consider to be of interest to you. In the case of commercial communications sent by e-mail or equivalent media, the User may oppose this by indicating thus in the corresponding check-box on the form.

Regarding any information that is sent by minors, it is an indispensable requisite that the prior consent of a parent, guardian or legal representative is provided in order for the data of a personal nature to be the subject of said treatment.

The User will be responsible, under all circumstances, for the veracity of the data supplied, and TICKET BUREAU reserves the right to exclude the registered services to any user that has provided false data, notwithstanding other legal action.

The utmost diligence is recommended in relation to Data Protection by means of the use of security tools, it not being possible for TICKET BUREAU to be held responsible for illicit subtractions, modification and loss of data.

We also inform users that TICKET BUREAU may communicate their data of a personal nature, where necessary to provide the corresponding service, to the different suppliers of products and services that will be obliged to use the data, only and exclusively to comply with the objectives of the contract. By virtue of Art. 12 of Organic Law 15/1999 and on the basis of contracts made with the aforementioned third parties, the data supplied will only and exclusively be treated for the determinate, explicit and legitimate purposes for which they were obtained and will not be communicated to entities not related to the contractual relationship.

TICKET BUREAU has adopted the technical and organisational security measures required to avoid unauthorised alteration, loss, treatment or access regarding the data of a personal nature that the User has provided, in consideration at all times of the state of the technology.

Finally, we inform Users that they have the possibility at all times and at no financial cost of exercising their rights to access, rectify, cancel or oppose their data and to revoke their authorisation without retroactive effect, under the terms specified by the Law, in accordance with the legally established procedure, in writing to TICKET BUREAU, Rambla de Catalunya, n 89, entresuelo 1ª , 08008 Barcelona.

In the case of any application by the User to cancel and/or revoke the express consent for the treatment of their data of a personal nature, TICKET BUREAU may cancel the provision of the service if said data was necessary in order to provide its services in optimum conditions.
