How do I buy tickets?

Buying tickets with Ticket Bureau is comfortable, easy and safe.

- It only takes two minutes to complete your transaction correctly; once it's done, you will automatically receive a confirmation e-mail with your ticket details and your confirmation number. This serves as your identification number.

- It only takes four easy steps to get your tickets:

1. Buying Options

First, choose the event you want to attend and the desired date. You can choose from a large number of events using the navigation menu.



2. Your Data

Once you have chosen the event, you can continue on to complete your ticket preferences. First, you need to select the number of tickets you require and the ticket category.*

*The price of the tickets varies according to their category and the location of the seats in the venue. Usually, Ticket Bureau determines the categories numerically, i.e. category 1 is the category with the best view. On the same page, you can see the layout of the venue, a map detailing the venue’s categories, get a description of each category and get an idea about the approximate view you would have from a seat in a certain category. Ticket Bureau does not sell tickets by seat but by category, as it is impossible to determine a seat number when you make your reservation.

Once you have selected your tickets and their categories, you can choose the services associated with the tickets you have selected. The price of the product described on the page is calculated per unit.

On the right-hand side, you can see your shopping cart with the tickets and the products you have chosen as well as the total price of your purchase. If you wish to change the purchase, choose “Edit”.

You can now continue choosing products or complete your purchase and fill in your personal data and your preferred payment method. You have to accept the terms and conditions of Ticket Bureau in order to navigate to the next page to complete payment.


3. Payment

Before you proceed to pay, you can see a screen with the details of your purchase. If you are not happy with a certain detail, you can edit your shopping cart. Once you have finished, confirm your order and continue on to the next screen where you can enter the personal data of the person paying for the purchase.


4. Confirmation

If you have completed the order correctly, you will see a verification and a confirmation e-mail is sent automatically to your e-mail account. This e-mail contains your purchase details, your purchase number and the payment method you have chosen.
