We think that everyone deserves to pay the lowest prices. That is why we have developed the ‘LOWEST PRICE PROMISE’.

Our promise to the customer is: to provide all the best events and at the lowest price on the net. Therefore, if you can find the same tickets on another website for a lower price, we will beat it !

In our website you will be paying the lowest price for the ticket and also you will be benefiting from our excellent customer service and efficient delivery system.


Warning to the customer:
Please be aware that all the prices quoted are the final Price, VAT is included. The first price you see will match the final price. Other web pages advertise cheaper tickets, but they do not include the VAT, so the cost of your purchase rises considerably. Please do not let yourselves be cheated, when comparing check final prices. We are cheaper and better!

Please let us know if you find a ticket cheaper elsewhere by filling in the form below (or by sending an email to lowprice@mainevent.es). We will be glad to beat the price!

CONDITIONS

Read the procedure below in which we operate our LOWEST PRICE PROMISE.

Please note that the LOWEST PRICE PROMISE is only applicable to those events marked with the specific sign described at the event’s characteristics. We will only proceed the match price requests for which this option is valid.

IMPORTANT:

- We will not beat the price from any from the following providers: Football clubs, event organizers or official ticket box offices.
- Bulk purchase negotiations with other web retailers are unable to be proved.
- A price match can only be provided on current prices.
- When comparing a price, this one must come from a recognized, legally, reputable, trading internet retailer.
- The approval of the retailer is up to the discretion of Main Event SL.
- If the price has been matched, it will remain matched for 1 day. If the customer exceeds this time limit a new request must be made.
- The price match is non transferable. It will only apply to the person purchasing the event/ticket.
- The price match will apply to the overall basket price and will take into consideration delivery charges and other charges incurred that do not relate directly to the ticket.
- We reserve the right to decline, terminate or revoke any request made by the customer.
